PNB Special Offer: After the country’s largest government bank State Bank of India (SBI), now Punjab National Bank (PNB) has also given a big gift to the customers. PNB has decided not to charge processing fees and documentation charges on home loans from customers till September 30, 2021.
Earlier the bank used to charge 0.50 percent of the home loan as processing and documentation charge. It is known that whenever a bank gives a home loan, the customer has to pay a processing fee for it. It is paid only once. Not only this, on the occasion of 75th independence, the bank is giving home loan to its customers only at 6.80 percent.

SBI also gave relief
Earlier SBI had started a special deposit scheme named ‘SBI Platinum Deposit’. Not only will you get 0.15 percent more interest than the normal deposit amount by investing under this scheme. Rather, you will not be charged any processing fee on Home Loan, Personal Loan, Car Loan and Gold Loan. If you also want to take advantage of this scheme, then do not delay, because this scheme will end on September 14.
Additional Discounts on Gold Loan, Personal Loan and Car Loan
The bank has decided to give discount on gold loan and car loan. In this, customers will get a discount of 0.50 percent and 0.25 percent respectively. You can apply through YONO app to avail discount on car loan. According to the new rates, customers will get gold loan and car loan at 7.50 percent interest rate. Not only this, Corona Warriors will also get an additional 0.50 percent discount on personal loans.
