Looking at the details of the vacancies, there are 2 Motor Vehicle Mechanic posts, while Motor Vehicle Mechanic Electrician, Painter and Tireman trade posts are one each. India Post is filling these posts through competitive trade test.
If you look at the details of educational qualifications, 8th class pass along with a pass certificate in the relevant trade is mandatory. Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License is mandatory for Motor Vehicle Mechanic post. Candidates age should be between 18 years to 30 years. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates.
