After this investment can be made in multiples of Rs 100. There is no maximum limit for investing in it. Investments can be made by opening a joint account. Along with this, the facility of nominee is also available. The government is providing more than 7 percent interest on investment in this. The money invested in this government scheme doubles in 115 months. Under the scheme, any person below 10 years of age can open an account in it.

Mahila Samman Certificate Scheme

MSSC scheme is being run especially for women only. Women can invest in this scheme for 2 years. This means that women can invest in this scheme only till 2025. In this scheme, women and girls can invest up to Rs 2 lakh in lump sum. At the same time, interest is received at the rate of 7.5 percent. Women can withdraw 40 percent of the money after 1 year of account opening. If you invest Rs 2 lakh for 2 years, you get a return of Rs 2 lakh 32 thousand on maturity.

Post Office Recurring Deposit Scheme

Senior Citizen Saving Scheme

Senior Citizen Saving Scheme is a special scheme. Recently, along with implementing the new tax system, the Financial Minister had made a big announcement regarding senior citizens. In this, the investment limit has been increased from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. With this change, senior citizens are getting higher returns on investment than before. Currently the interest available on it is 8.2 percent. The investment limit given by the Financial Minister is Rs 30 lakh and if the interest rate is increased to 8.2 percent, the total amount along with Rs 12.30 lakh on maturity of 5 years will be Rs 42.30 lakh. This will be Rs 20,500 on monthly basis. Now senior citizens will get Rs 20,500. Which was earlier Rs 9,500. In this scheme of the government, senior citizens get money every month.

Post Office Saving Scheme

In this post office scheme, it is necessary to deposit at least Rs 500 and there is no limit on maximum deposit. Any person can open a joint account with any elder. The account can also be opened on behalf of any minor. The government is giving more than 4 percent interest on this scheme.
