3. September 22: Being a Sunday, all schools, banks and government offices will observe a general weekly holiday.

4. September 23: Banks will remain closed in Jammu and Srinagar on the occasion of Maharaja Harisinghji’s birthday. This day is celebrated as the birth anniversary of the historical personality of Jammu and Kashmir.
