Who is Pa Togan Nengminza Sangma
Pa Togan Nengminza Sangma was a freedom fighter of the Garo tribe in Meghalaya. He died on 12 December 1872 in Macha Rongkrek (a village in Meghalaya). Pa Togan led the attack at night when the British soldiers were sleeping. They had to face defeat due to the superior weapons of the British army.
