Public holiday and general holiday has been declared in Rajnandgaon and Balrampur on the polling date 11 February 2025 under Urban Body 2025.
CG Employees Holiday: There is good news for the government employees of Chhattisgarh. The General Administration Department has declared 3 new holidays in all the government offices and institutions located in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar and Raipur city.
Under the order, local holidays have been declared for Ganesh Chaturthi on August 27, Maha Ashtami on September 30 and the second day of Diwali (Govardhan Puja) on October 21. This local holiday will not be applicable to banks, treasury and sub-treasury.

Holidays in these districts of Chhattisgarh too
- The General Administration Department has declared public holiday and general holiday in Rajnandgaon and Balrampur on Tuesday 11 February 2025, the voting date under Urban Body 2025. Voting will be held in 3 phases under the three-tier Panchayat Election 2025, for which public and general holiday has been declared on the voting date Monday 17 and 20 February 2025. The voting date is Sunday, 23 February 2025.
- Durg Collector Ms. Richa Prakash Chaudhary has declared three local holidays in the district in the calendar year 2025. Ganesh Chaturthi on 27 August, Dussehra (Maha Ashtami) on Tuesday 30 September and Bhai Dooj (Diwali) on Thursday 23 October 2025 have been declared local holidays.
- Local holiday has been declared in Dantewada district, according to which Phagun Mela (Madai) will be a local holiday in the district on March 12, Ganesh Chaturthi on August 27 and Govardhan Puja (second day of Deepawali) on October 21. Treasury and sub-treasury will remain open as usual on local holidays.

- According to the government calendar of Madhya Pradesh, there will be public holidays on February 12 and February 26. There will be a government holiday on the holy festival of Sant Ravidas Jayanti on February 12 and Mahashivratri on February 26.
- The festival of Holi is on Friday, March 14, so there will be a three-day holiday from Friday to Sunday. Eid-ul-Fitr is on Monday, March 31, which means employees will again get three days off. There will be a holiday on Saturday, March 29, Sunday, 30 and 31 due to Eid.
