CM Amarinder has issued orders to re-implement the strategy of creating micro containment areas in all districts.
Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has issued new guidelines in view of the increasing cases of Corona. Instructions to close educational institutions by 31 March have also been included in this. With this, the capacity of the cinema hall has been increased to 50%. In the 11 worst affected districts, along with the night curfew, a complete ban on social gathering has been implemented.
Only 20 people have been allowed to attend the wedding ceremony, along with the last rites and all the events that take place thereafter. An order has also been issued to re-implement the strategy of creating micro containment areas in all districts. Instructions have also been given to test at least 35000 people daily in Punjab. Along with this, instructions have been issued to postpone all the facilities in Punjab with hospitals and beds of Corona, and to postpone non-essential surgeons at present. Only 100 people have been allowed to enter the shopping malls at a time.
This is the appeal of the government to the people
The people of Punjab have been requested by the government not to organize all social programs for the next 2 weeks, so that the transmission of the corona can be stopped. People have been appealed not to call more than 10 visitors at a time to their house. The government has also requested to keep silence in Punjab from 11 am to 12 noon every Saturday from next week, to pay tribute to the people who lost their lives during the corona.
Now night curfew in 12 districts
Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh has ordered the administration to make people aware of social distancing by running separate programs in collaboration with the local public. Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Patiala, Mohali, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala, Nawanshahar, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ropar and Moga will be affected by night curfew from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in a total of 12 districts affected by the corona. All these guidelines will continue for the next 2 weeks. After two weeks, the government will revisit the situation once again.
Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has requested all private and government hospitals and other health care facility institutions in Punjab to vaccinate the people for at least 8 hours daily seven days a week by 31 March. Along with this, orders have been given to 891 private health facility institutions, where vaccination has not been done now, to make contact with the local administration and smooth the vaccination.
CM appeals to political parties
CM Captain Amarinder Singh has requested all political parties not to gather more than 100 people in the rallies to be held in the indoor, whereas in the events and rallies organized in the open, more than 200 crowd should not be gathered. . After this announcement by Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh, questions are being raised on the farmers mahapanchayat of Arvind Kejriwal, which is going to be held in Moga on Sunday. Now the question is whether Arvind Kejriwal will participate in that program or not.
Ban on all political programs till 31st
In Punjab, the ruling Congress has announced not to hold any political rally till 31 March. With this, all political programs have been put on hold. Capt Amarinder Singh has requested the DC and Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee of Amritsar as well as the management of Durgiana Temple to motivate people coming to visit the Golden Temple, Durgiana Temple and other religious places to wear masks. Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh has directed the DGP and Health Department to immediately take such people to the nearest RT-PCR testing center, who are found wandering without applying masks.
