Two New Vande Bharat: In the coming days, it will be easier for Ludhiana residents to travel via Vande Bharat to New Delhi, Amritsar and Katra, because Ludhiana is going to get two new Vande Bharat trains. The Prime Minister of the country will flag off 6 Vande Bharat Bharat and two Amrit Bharat trains on December 30. One of these trains will be sent from Katra to Delhi and from Amritsar to New Delhi. With the running of these two trains, it will be easier for people to go to Amritsar and Katra. Both these trains will have a halt at Ludhiana railway station, whereas the train going from New Delhi to Katra already has a halt at Ludhiana. This will provide 2 Vande Bharat trains for New Delhi and one for Delhi.
According to the information received, Vande Bharat running between Katra and Delhi will run regularly from January 1 and will stop at Udhampur, Manwal, Jammu Tawi, Kathua, Pathankot Cantt, Mukerian, Dasuha, Ludhiana and Karnal on the way, while from New Delhi towards Amritsar. The outgoing train will stop at Ambala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar. The newly launched Vande Bharat train has been equipped with more modern facilities. Officials say that soon the schedule of both the trains will be released from the head office.
