The Vande Bharat Express, the country’s most modern and semi-high speed train running from New Delhi to Varanasi, will not run until 15 February 31 March. During this time, Tejas Express will run on this route at Vande Bharat. However, passengers will be charged the fare of Tejas instead of Vande Bharat Express.
According to Northern Railway General Manager Ashutosh Gangal, the Vande Bharat Express was run in the year 2019. Its racks have to go after 18 months for a mandatory maintenance schedule. This train was also closed for 6 months due to Corona. Vande Bharat Express has only two racks. The second rack is running on the Katra route from New Delhi, so the only option is to send Tejas Express on this route.
Vande Bharat Express Reservation has been suspended after 15 February. Let us know that in the name of automatic doors, 360-degree rotating chair, luxury toilet and all such facilities in the Vande Bharat Express, the railways had also fixed its fare much more than the Shatabdi Express. At the same time, Tejas will have 17 coaches, in which booking will be done in 1176 seats according to different classes.

Two express trains will run from New Delhi
Northern Railway has decided to start operating New Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi Special from February 8 and New Delhi-Agra Cantt Express Special trains from February 8 for the convenience of railway passengers. According to railway officials, both these train services will be operated daily. This train will provide a means for safe, smooth and comfortable travel to the passengers. According to railway officials, due to the limited number of trains running due to Corona epidemic, it has been decided to run these trains in view of the continuous rush of people on this route.
