- WhatsApp works on the basis of Railofy chatbot. For railway’s WhatsApp service, 98811-93322 has to be saved.
- After saving the number, WhatsApp has to be opened in the mobile. After opening WhatsApp, you have to go to the message box of this chatbot and write Hi in English.
- After some time a message will come, in which many options like PNR status, food order, train status will be visible.
- In these options, food in train, where is my train, confirmed travel guarantee, book return ticket, train schedule, coach position and complaint during train journey will be visible.
- Go to Select Service, select the option, follow the further process and click on the link to proceed further.
Fog has reduced the speed of trains, they are running late for hours
Fog is affecting the operation of trains. According to engine drivers, trains are being run at low speed due to fog. Instead of 120 kmph, they are being operated at a speed of 60 to 80 kmph. 140 ticketless travellers caught on platforms and trains
On Tuesday, a checking campaign was conducted at Bhagalpur station regarding platform and travel tickets under the leadership of ACM, Malda. 140 people were caught without tickets. A fine of Rs 96,170 was collected from those caught.
