Railway Recruitment 2021: Southern Railway has issued notification for recruitment to various posts under Sports Quota. All interested and eligible candidates can apply for Southern Railway Recruitment 2021 in the prescribed format on or before 30 November 2021. However, residents of some other places including Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim and Jammu and Kashmir can apply till 15 December 2021.
Through this process, a total of 21 posts from Level 2 to Level 5 will be recruited in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix under Sports Quota in Southern Railway. The selected candidates at Level 2 will be given a monthly salary of Rs 19,900. Whereas, under Level 3, 21700, Level 4 will get 25500 and Level 5 will get a salary of up to Rs 29200 per month.
According to the official notification, for the recruitment of Level 2 and Level 3 posts, candidates should have passed class 12th from a recognized board. Whereas, for Level 4 and Level 5 only graduate candidates can apply. Talking about the age limit, the candidate’s age should be between 18 years to 25 years for recruitment to these posts. If this recruitment is being done under sports quota, then players representing the state or country in national or international competition in any sport can apply for these posts. For this, candidates have to send their application and other necessary documents to the address given in the notification by 30 November 2021. Apart from this, Northern Railway has released the notification for the recruitment of Senior Resident Posts under Senior Residency Scheme in Northern Railway Central Hospital, New Delhi. Selected candidates for Senior Resident posts will be given salary ranging from Rs 67700 to Rs 208700 per month under Pay Matrix Level 11.
