Railways New Service: Big News! Now you will get information about vacant seats in trains within minutes, Railways has started a new service.

CPRO Virendra Kumar said that information about vacant seats in trains is being given every moment on the Facebook Twitter handle of Railways. Those who are followers can immediately get information about the status of seats. At the same time, Suman Kumar, the employee posted at the ‘MAY I HELP YOU’ booth at Darbhanga station, said that many other information will be available here.

Samastipur Division has installed ‘May I Help’ booths at major stations of the division like Samastipur, Darbhanga, Saharsa etc. with the aim of providing convenience to its passengers traveling from various stations of the division during the festival of Chhath. Where personnel from Commerce, Medical and RPF departments have been deputed. Who are providing information about trains, security related and medical facilities to the passengers as per their requirement.

CPRO Virendra Kumar said that apart from this, the Railways has also made arrangements for a pandal in the circulating area for the passengers, so that the passengers can rest here while waiting for their train. To control the extra crowd, officers, railway employees, RPF personnel, scouts and guard members etc. have been deployed at all major stations, who help the passengers board the trains.

Those who are followers can immediately get information about the status of seats. At the same time, employee Suman Kumar posted at the ‘MAY I HELP YOU’ booth at Darbhanga station said that in case of any health related problem, passengers can either come to the booth or call the toll free number. Where this facility will be provided to them even on the train. At the same time, the commercial clerk says that passengers are given information about all the facilities available on the platform at this booth. Along with this, passengers can also get information related to status and traffic of trains here in a moment. Every day 200 to 300 passengers are being provided assistance from this booth.
