Rain Alert: India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning in Eastern and Central India till May 14 and in South Peninsular India till May 16.
Dust Storm Alert: The Meteorological Department has predicted a dust storm and lightning along with thunder in UP on Monday (May 13, 2024). In such a situation, orange alert has been issued.
The Meteorological Department said that today there may be heavy rain in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Odisha and Goa on May 14.
IMD has predicted heavy rainfall in the northeastern states on May 16. There may be heavy rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya.
The Meteorological Department said that there may be rain in most parts of India in the next two days.
IMD said that there is a possibility of strong winds (40-50 km per hour) in different places of Chhattisgarh on May 13 and hailstorm along with thunderstorm in Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh.
Heatwave Alert: IMD said that a new round of heatwave may start in North-West India from Thursday (May 16, 2024).
IMD said that the heat wave may start from Western Rajasthan, Western UP and South Haryana.
