Uttar Pradesh Weather Updates: There are chances of rain and hailstorm in many areas of UP. According to meteorologists, the weather is likely to become normal from March 4.
Weather of UP / Lucknow: The weather in Uttar Pradesh is changing every moment and one day it is sunny and the next day it is cloudy. While till a day ago, there was bright sunshine in different areas of the state, the very next moment it was quite cold at night. Now there are chances that it may rain also. However, the weather is likely to remain dry on 29th February. Rainfall may start in the state from the first day of next month i.e. March 1st. According to meteorologists, due to the effect of active western disturbance, there may be thunderstorms and rain in the state from March 1-3. There is a possibility of hailstorm in western UP on March 2. Clouds can be seen in Lucknow also from March 1. Light to moderate rain is likely on March 2 to 3.
Possibility of rain
The weather may remain dry in the state today i.e. on 29th February and the weather of the state may change again from 1st March. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be rain and thundershowers in some areas of Western UP on March 1. There is a possibility of light rain with rain and thunder at more places in Eastern UP than in Western UP. During this period, there are chances of rain in some areas of Western UP. Along with lightning, there is a possibility of strong gusty wind at the speed of 30-40 km/hour.
Situation from 1st to 4th March
On the other hand, according to the Meteorological Department, due to the active Western Disturbance, it may affect UP from March 1. By the morning of March 2, the situation may be such that it may spread to many areas of Eastern UP. Due to which intermittent rain is likely to continue till March 3. Reduction can be registered from March 4th. There may also be hailstorm at some places in western UP on March 2. Due to change in weather, the sky may clear and the minimum temperature of the state may drop in 2-3 days. This drop could be of 2-3°C. A rise of 2-4°C is expected in the maximum temperature. After March 1, there is a possibility of decrease in maximum temperature due to movement of clouds and rain. An increase in minimum temperature can also be seen.
