There are chances of heavy rain with thunder in many districts. In such a situation, yellow alert for rain has been issued in many districts.

Westerly winds continued to blow across the state on Friday. Because of this, the sun was shining during the day, but the effect of heat was reduced. Although the average maximum temperature was recorded at 28.2 degrees Celsius during the afternoon, the minimum temperature was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius at night. Light cold is being felt in the morning and evening. Because of this, till now people are going out wearing sweaters only.
Chances of rain on this date
Now the weather may change once again in the last week of February. According to Lucknow Meteorological Department, there are chances of rain in Uttar Pradesh on 28th. During this period, Lucknow IMD has issued yellow alert for rain in about 20 districts. There may be rain and thunder here along with strong winds.
Alert issued in these districts
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Ballia, Mau, Deoria, Azamgarh, Jhansi, Kaushambi, Banda, Fatehpur, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Lalitpur, Varanasi and other areas. During this period, due to active western disturbance, there may be rain in these districts of the state. Also, there are chances of strong winds.
