Weather Update: It is raining in Madhya Pradesh since last 3 days. Today the Meteorological Department has issued an alert for rain in 22 districts of MP. Out of which an orange alert has been issued for heavy rains in 4 districts. So there it is raining intermittently in the capital Bhopal.

According to the Meteorological Department, there are chances of rain in the capital Bhopal on Saturday. There are some areas here where it is expected to rain excessively. Which includes major areas of the new-old city.
Heavy rains in Gwalior-Chambal division on July 1
The effect of active low pressure system has reduced in the state. Right now a trough line is passing through. Due to this, there will be some rain in North Madhya Pradesh. There may be heavy rains in Gwalior-Chambal division on Saturday i.e. July 1. There will also be rain activity in Tikamgarh, Panna, Chhatarpur of Sagar division. There may be less rain in other parts of the state.
Orange and yellow rain alert issued MP Rain Orange
According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon rains have started in Madhya Pradesh. IMD has also issued orange and yellow alert for very heavy rain. Where there is a possibility of lightning along with thunder and lightning. In which yellow alert has been issued for rain in Sheopur, Deorikala, Alirajpur, Badwani, Gwalior, Guna, Rajgarh, Vidish, Shivpuri, Ashoknagar, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Chhatarpur.
Warning due to heavy rain

Administration alert after heavy rains in MP, phone number of flood control room also issued
After heavy rains in MP, the district administration has gone on alert. After this, the flood control room has been activated in the capital, according to which now till October 15, the flood control room will work 24 hours, in which a control room has been set up at Fatehgarh fire brigade station. So there the team will be stationed in Bhopal to deal with floods and excessive rains.
Two officers have been appointed for the flood control room.
