Rainfall Alert: Meteorological Department predicts heavy rain for next few days, Orange alert issued, know new weather update

Weather Today: According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rains during the next one week. Because of which people are likely to face problems in many areas of the country.

Weather Update Today: In many parts of the country, people are facing problems like floods, landslides. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in many states including the national capital for the coming few days. Because of which orange alert has been issued in the hilly areas. Apart from this, IMD said in its bulletin that the monsoon will reach the entire country in the next two days.

It is also raining in Delhi for the last few days. Due to which the temperature has not increased. In the national capital, the department has predicted rain with lightning and strong wind till July 3. Along with this, the maximum temperature is expected to be 36 degrees and minimum 26 degrees. Even after the entry of monsoon in Uttar Pradesh, the process of rain is going on continuously. According to the department, it will continue till June 30 in the state.

Orange alert issued

In Uttarakhand, for Wednesday, June 28, the department has issued an orange alert for some areas. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in these areas. Apart from this, heavy to very heavy rain is expected in East Rajasthan, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Kerala and Mahe. Extremely heavy rains may occur at isolated places over Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha. There is a possibility of rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Jharkhand.

Torrential rain

Monsoon has knocked in Maharashtra as well. Due to which it is raining heavily. IMD has issued Orange Alert for Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Nashik, Pune and Satara. It is raining like havoc in Himachal Pradesh. The water level of Sutlej river is continuously increasing in the state. Because of which the situation is getting worse.
