Yellow alert has been issued for Mumbai, Pune, Thane and Palghar. Apart from this, orange alert has also been declared for Raigad (Navi Mumbai), Ratnagiri, Bhandra and Satara. Similar forecast is for Gujarat on July 24 and 25. Heavy rain may occur in Gangetic West Bengal on July 23, Jharkhand from July 23 to 25, Eastern Madhya Pradesh on July 24 and 25. Apart from this, similar forecast is for the next five days in the coastal areas of Odisha and Karnataka.
