Chances of rain in some areas of Andhra Pradesh
The low pressure area formed in the south-western region over the Bay of Bengal has now weakened. According to the Meteorological Center, this low pressure area was 0.9 km above the average sea level. Due to low pressure, south-western winds are blowing in the southern areas of coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema region. Some areas of South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema may receive light to moderate rain in the next 24 hours. Some areas of coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema may remain foggy in the next 48 hours. The minimum temperature in Rayalaseema may remain 2-3 degrees Celsius above normal during the next three days. Dry weather is expected in Andhra Pradesh and Yanam in the next 7 days.

Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir Valley received intermittent rain overnight. The Meteorological Department said that generally cloudy weather is expected on Sunday. Light rain/snow is expected at sporadic places. The weather will remain generally dry today. Light snowfall and rain is expected at isolated places in the state from the evening of February 3. On February 4, it will be generally cloudy and light to moderate rain/snowfall will occur at many places over Jammu and Kashmir.
