Dry weather conditions have persisted for a long time in large parts of the country. Due to which the level of mercury has increased much more than normal. Parts of the southern, central and eastern states are in the grip of extreme heat. Heat wave conditions are likely to continue in some areas of these regions for the next 2-3 days. Delhi’s climate
There has been movement of clouds in Delhi for the last several days. Today i.e. on 5th April also Delhi will remain partly cloudy. At the same time, there is a possibility of drizzle along with strong winds. Talking about temperature, today the minimum temperature in Delhi was measured at 19 degrees and the maximum temperature could be 36 degrees Celsius. There are chances of strong surface winds during the day in Delhi even on weekends. This will keep the weather mild.

Uttar Pradesh weather
Weather conditions can be seen in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The sky will be clear in Lucknow today. Today the minimum temperature here can go up to 21 degrees and the maximum temperature can go up to 37 degrees. However, a drop of one point in temperature may be seen in the next two days.
Rain alert in many states
According to Skymet, the weather forecasting agency, light to moderate rain is possible in Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland and rain is possible at isolated places in Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. At the same time, there may be light to moderate rain and snowfall in the western Himalayan region. Light rain is possible in Kerala.
Heat wave will haunt these states
Apart from this, light rain and thundershowers may occur in parts of north-western and western Rajasthan. Heat wave conditions are possible in isolated areas of North Interior Karnataka, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
