The accused was trying to recover by entering the fast food shop of Ritesh Panjwani in Kowtralab and the shopkeeper was also threatened by the accused.

In this whole case, the Civil Line Police has registered a case and arrested the accused. According to the police, Ritesh Panjwani owns a fast food shop near the Kowtralab Shiva temple. Late on March 4, a man in a police uniform came to its shop and demanded money. Mohan Sona was written in the name plate of his uniform. Even before this, on 25 February, he demanded money from the shopkeeper. The applicant informed the police. After this, police reached the spot and arrested the accused Mohan Sona. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 384, 419 and 420.
