When the case was registered
A case was registered against Raj Kundra on February 4 this year by the Crime Branch, Malwani Police Station, Mumbai. A case was registered against him under the offense number- 103/2021. Raj Kundra was charged under sections 292, 293, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other sections including sections 67 and 67A under the Information Technology Act.
