If you are from Bihar, you can apply by clicking on Hindiyojana.in/apply-ration-card-bihar/ and Maharashtra applicants at mahafood.gov.in. After this, click on Apply online for ration card.

What for ID proof
As an ID proof, you can give your Aadhaar card, Voter ID, passport, health card, driving license. Apart from this, any I-card, health card, issued by the government can also be given.
