REET 2021: Big news! Demand for bonus marks for wrong order of questions in REET, court seeks answer from RBSE

REET 2021: The High Court has issued a notice to the Rajasthan Board (RBSE-RBSE) and the state government seeking answers if the sequence of questions is not correct in the question paper of Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET 2021). The court has given this direction on the petition by petitioner Komal Patidar. According to media reports, it has been said in the petition that the order of questions in the question paper of REET exam was not correct, due to which a lot of time was wasted. In the petition, a demand has been made to give bonus marks in lieu of this.

Komal said in the petition that his center was in a government school in Kota. The question paper that he got had the wrong sequence of questions written after the first 9 questions. Komal complained to the invigilator for this and requested to change the paper. The examiner took his paper and went to the center head. But after an hour the paper refused to change. No extra time was given to solve PayPal.

Let us tell you that the biggest exam of Rajasthan, Reet was concluded on 26 September amid tight security arrangements in two shifts. Internet services were suspended in some districts to prevent cheating in the examination. A total of 3,993 examination centers were set up in all the 33 districts of the state for the examination conducted by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. 16.51 lakh candidates had registered for this exam.

High Court refuses to cancel reet exam

Earlier on Monday, the High Court had refused to hear the PIL filed in the Reet exam paper leak case. The court said that in the case the appellant has also given the reet examination, so this matter is not of public interest. The court told the petitioner that he can present the petition before the single bench. By filing a petition, Bhagchand Sharma had demanded a complete fair investigation of the paper leak case by the CBI by canceling the REET exam. It has been claimed in the petition that during the examination, the seals of the papers given at many centers were open and the book numbers were also replaced with markers. A division bench of Justices Govardhan Baddar and MK Vyas disposed of the petition, allowing the withdrawal of the petition.
