Big news has been revealed about REIT exam – 2020. The Rajasthan High Court has given instructions to include B.Ed holders in the level first (first level) of the REET exam.
Jodhpur The BEd holders have got a big relief from the Rajasthan High Court. The court has instructed the B.Ed holders to give exemption to fill the form in the first level of REET Exam -2020 (REET Exam). This interim order was given by the bench of CJ Indrajit Mahanti on Friday while hearing the petitions of Suman and others.
It was said in the petitions that the state government has considered only BSTC holders eligible, excluding the BEd holders from the first level in the Reet Recruitment 2020, which is completely wrong. Because B.Ed holders have higher qualification than BSTC qualifiers. In such a situation, high worth stripes cannot be excluded from this. The court has given permission to the BEd holders to fill the form in the first level, saying that the result of the petitioners will be subject to the petition.
The last date for filling the form was till 12 pm on Thursday night
, according to the release of the Board of Secondary Education, the last date to fill the form for the recruitment of Rit was till 12 pm on Thursday night. In such a hearing, AG MS Singhvi said in the court that the board has made the application date 19 February. In such a situation, any candidate who has not filled the form can apply. On this, the court directed to allow the petitioners to apply in the first level till February 19, the
government did not implement the revised guidelines.
During the hearing, the petitioners’ advocates Raghunandan Sharma, Rampratap Saini and others, pleaded that the NCTE had also included B.Ed holders in the first level of the teacher eligibility examination in February 2018, revising its guidelines of 23 August 2010. But ignoring this revised guideline, the government issued a release as per the guidelines of NCTE on 23 August 2010, which is completely wrong. Because Reit recruitment can be conducted as per the current guidelines of NCTE.

Presently NCTE guideline says that B.Ed holders can apply for both levels in the recruitment examination. At the same time, the RTE Act also says that children cannot be denied high-quality and quality education. But the inclusion of B.Ed holders and high qualification in the writ level first is wrong as per the provisions of the constitution.
