Reliance Jio today announced the launch of its True 5G services in 27 cities across the country, after rolling it out in 25 new cities last week. With this launch, Jio said that it is the first telecom operator to bring 5G services to most of these cities. Jio 5G is now available across 331 cities, said the company.

Starting Yesterday, March 8th, Jio users in these 27 cities will be invited to the Jio Welcome Offer, to experience Unlimited Data at up to 1 Gbps+ speeds, at no additional cost.

Commenting on the launch, Jio Spokesperson said:

On this festive occasion of Holi, we are happy to announce the launch of Jio True 5G services in 27 additional cities across 13 states, taking the benefits and reach of Jio’s True 5G services to 331 cities across the nation.
