Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Jio has increased the prices on all prepaid and postpaid plans. From July 3, tariff rates have been increased by up to 25 percent. Telecom companies have discontinued their old plans and are now offering new plans for users. Several plans discontinued
This comes after people complained after the company discontinued some of the most popular and affordable plans for prepaid recharge users. The three new prepaid plans can be used with the already running plans.
3 new plans introduced
The new plans are called ‘True Unlimited Upgrade Plans’ and these include Rs 51, Rs 101 and Rs 151. All of these come with unlimited 5G data and additional 4G data. This 51 plan includes 3GB of 4G data. This 101 plan includes 6GB of 4G data and the Rs 151 plan gives 9GB of 4G data.
Let us tell you, this unlimited 5G data will be available only on Jio True 5G network and your mobile phone should be running 5G. If the network goes to 4G, then only limited data will be available in these plans. These new plans have been made keeping in mind those plans in which daily data is less than 1.5GB. This is because Jio users already get unlimited 5G data if their plan gives 2GB or more daily data.
