An important order has been issued by the state government on salary payment of employees. The rules for salary payment are being amended from January 1.
Employees Salary, Salary Payment: Changes will be made in the payment process of state employees. The rules for paying their salaries are going to change from the new year. Salary will be paid to them through Manav Sampada Portal. First, payment from January to December will be made through this portal. Along with this, other facilities will also be provided to them.
Amendment in salary payment rules
The rules for payment of salaries to employees have been amended by the Uttar Pradesh government. Now from the new year the salary will be paid through Manav Sampada Portal. Instructions have been given to pay the salary for the month of December due on January 1 through this portal. Every employee’s service book will be prepared and his leave, approved promotion and annual evaluation report will also be prepared through this. All work will be completed through Manav Sampada Portal.
Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, SP Goyal has issued instructions to all departments in this regard. In his letter, he said that the settlement of salary payment, merit basis, online annual evaluation, management training, leave approval and other works of all the employees of the state government will be done through Manav Sampada Portal from October 1st. A government order was issued for this.
The review has found that the government order is not being followed by various departments. In such a situation, as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, the salaries for the month of December will be paid to the employees on January 1 through Manav Sampada Portal only. In such a situation, it is mandatory to complete the process. E-service book of all employees should be prepared in November and December.
