Processor: The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
Rear camera: The phones offer a 200-megapixel camera coupled with two 10-megapixel telephoto lenses, and 12-megapixel ultrawide angle camera.
Battery: It is backed by a 5000mAh battery with support for wired as well as wireless fast charging out of the box.
Software: The phone runs on Android 13 with custom One UI 5.1 skip on top.

The phone comes with support for Qualcomm’s most powerful processor – Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Samsung says that the processor is customized in a way to offer 40 per cent more powerful performance when compared to other phones powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The phone offers a 200-megapixel triple rear camera system, which Samsung claims offers better low-light photography when compared to the predecessor.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra runs on Android 13 with custom One UI 5.1 skip on top.
Compared to the predecessor, the Galaxy S23 Ultra feels more compact in the hands, which also makes it easy to use the phone all day long.
The S23 Ultra also offers the largest battery in the lineup with support for wired and wireless fast charging.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes in three variants – 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage and 12GB RAM + 1TB storage. The price of the phone in India starts at Rs 1,24,999. The 512GB variant costs Rs 1,34,999 and the 1TB variant costs Rs 1,54,999. Samsung has announced that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be available for pre-ordering from February 2 across all leading online and offline retail stores. Consumers can also pre-book the phones on the official website of Samsung. Just like S23 and S23 Plus, the Ultra phone comes in four colour options — phantom black, green, cream and lavender.
