Smartphone brand itel has secured the top spot by overtaking Samsung in the list of best smartphones priced below Rs 7000. In the CMR survey, itel ranked first with 42 per cent in terms of brand trust. Samsung is at the second position with 39 percent brand trust. Xiaomi’s name comes in third place with 45 percent. Itel is rated 42% in product quality, 44% in affordability, 42% in trendy technology and 42% in localization and innovative market approaches and 43% in sales service.

Before purchasing a smartphone priced at Rs 7000 and below, 76 per cent of the customers get information about the camera, 74 per cent of the customers battery life and 74 per cent of the customer speed. .

In India’s Tier-2 and Tier-3, 41 percent of customers buy smartphones online. While 51 percent people buy phones from local stores.
After purchasing the phone, 95 percent of Samsung users were completely happy with their phone. While 94 percent of Xiaomi and 93 percent of itel customers are happy with their phones.
In the case of Indian smartphones priced below Rs 7000, customers show the highest confidence in the Samsung brand with 49 per cent. This is followed by itel with 47 per cent and smartphone brand Lava with 45 per cent.
As a future smartphone brand, Indians prefer Samsung with 43 percent the most. After this prefer itel with 36 percent and Xiaomi with 36 percent only.
