Both the devices were recently launched in the UK and Samsung has confirmed that it will bring them to more markets soon. Tab A7 Lite will be more affordable. The sale of both the devices will start in India from June 23 and they can be launched on Samsung online store as well as other e-commerce websites.
The Tab S7 FE will be an affordable version of the more premium and expensive Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. It has to be seen whether Samsung brings its 5G or 4G variant in India. There is no mention of any processor or connectivity option for the Indian variant in the Notify Me page of the Samsung online store, so one will have to wait to find out.
Specifications
In terms of specifications, the Tab S7 FE sports a 12.4-inch screen similar to the Tab S7 Plus and packs a 10,090mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The Tab S7 FE 5G has an LCD screen and has a refresh rate of 60Hz. Samsung has not provided a compliant fast charger in the box.
The FE model has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. It has 4GB of initial RAM and 64GB of storage, which can be increased. The Tab S7 FE 5G also packs a single 8-megapixel rear camera (dual 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel) and a 5-megapixel front camera (8-megapixel in the Tab S7 Plus). Like the Tab S7 Plus, the FE Edition will also get an S-Pen stylus in the box.
On the other hand, the Tab A7 Lite will have an 8.7-inch WXGA TFT display and MediaTek Helio P22T processor. It has 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera. It has dual stereo speakers Dolby Atmos support. The tablet packs a 5100mAh battery, which will support 15W fast charging.
