According to the information available on Suryoday Small Finance Bank’s website, the health and wellness savings account of the bank is getting 6.25 p.a. interest and daily ATM withdrawal limit of Rs 1.50 lakh, besides top up of Rs 25 lakh on health cover. This cover will be available for one year for husband, wife and two children. It is also offering a complimentary healthcare package for all the four members of the family in the first year of account opening. Apart from this, twice a year Free Health Checkup is also giving 4 online pharmacy vouchers of Rs.500-500 each. In view of the corona epidemic, the bank is offering such a facility to the customers.
What is the minimum balance to be kept
Suryoday Health & Wellness Savings Account is a premium account. In this, you will have to maintain a monthly average balance of Rs 3 lakh. If the average monthly balance is not maintained, the customer will also have to pay a charge. According to the bank, if the average monthly balance is 90 percent or more, then a monthly charge of Rs 500 will have to be paid. At the same time, if the average monthly balance is less than 90 percent of the required amount, then the bank will levy a monthly charge of Rs 1500.
Any customer in the age group of 18 to 65 years can open a Health and Wellness Savings Account. Interest will be available at 4% per annum on average monthly balance of Rs 1 lakh, 6.25 per cent on monthly average balance above Rs 1 lakh and up to Rs 10 lakh and 6 per cent per annum on monthly average balance above Rs 10 lakh.
