The bank has asked customers not to respond to any offers received through email, SMS or internet media from any unknown source, no matter how attractive they may be. SBI said in a message sent to its customers That we urge fraudsters to be vigilant. Customers should not share sensitive information like their date of birth, debit card number, debit card PIN, CVV and OTP. Do not download the mobile app or link, especially through a telephone call or email.

State Bank of India periodically sends an alert message (SBI Alert Message) to its customers. This time also, the bank has sent an alert message to its customers, in which it is said that do not give your sensitive information to any unknown person. By doing this, the thugs can infiltrate your account.
