During the Corona period, all bank houses are advising their customers to use facilities like netbanking, instructing them to go to the bank only when necessary work is required. But if cash is needed then you will have to go to the bank or ATM. Keeping this problem in mind, State Bank of India (SBI) is providing door-step facility to its customers. Through which the customer can order cash from the bank.
Apart from cash delivery, SBI is also providing facilities like bank check pickup, 15H form, living certificate in door-step service. That is, there is no need to go to the bank for all these needs. You can get all these facilities sitting at home with just one request. However, the door-step facility is currently available only in select branches.
SBI customers have to keep these things in mind to take advantage of cash delivery service
1- State Bank of India customers can withdraw and deposit money up to 20 thousand rupees sitting at home.
2- The bank accepts this service request only from 9 am to 4 pm. During this also keep in mind that the bank should be open.
3- This facility is being given at present only in the branch where you have your account.
4- This service is not free, for this customers will have to pay 100+ GST.
5- Customers can place cash order on 1800111103.
6- Customers have to be present within 5 kms of the home branch.
7- Money can be withdrawn through check book and passbook.
