Apart from this, the facility of draft delivery, term deposit advice delivery, life certificate and KYC document pickup is also available. Doorstep Banking service requires customers to pay a nominal fee of Rs 75 + GST.
At the same time, there will be no charge for the call. One can be registered for this service by 3 pm. The request can be completed within 3 hours of being registered. Services booked after 3 pm can be completed by 1 pm on the next working day. Registration for this service is done in the home branch. Until the contact center is fully prepared, requests for doorstep banking services can only be made at the home branch.
Who can apply: Senior citizens above the age of 70 including persons with vision impairment and persons with disabilities or disabled persons can apply for this. This facility can be availed by customers who are fully KYC compliant account holders. A valid mobile number must be registered with the account. This facility is available to the customers residing at the registered address within a radius of 5 km from the home branch.
