SBI FD: Good news for senior citizens, SBI extends WeCare deadline, know the special things related to this special FD scheme

SBI WeCare: The country’s largest bank SBI has extended the period of its Special Fixed Deposit Scheme (FD) for senior citizens. The name of this special FD scheme is SBI WeCare.

New Delhi. If you are a senior citizen and are looking for a better option to invest your savings, then there is good news for you. Is. State Bank of India (SBI) has extended the deadline to invest in the special FD scheme SBI WeCare. Now this special FD scheme can be invested till September 30, 2023.

WeCare FD scheme is available for fresh deposit and renewal of maturity deposit. Currently, depositors are being given the benefit of interest rate of 7.50 per cent on this special FD scheme. Under this special FD scheme, senior citizens get the maximum interest benefit within 5 years to 10 years. For senior citizens, SBI’s VCare FD scheme can prove to be a great investment plan.

SBI also extended the last date of Amrit Kalash FD scheme

Apart from this, SBI has also extended the period of Amrit Kalash Special FD scheme. Under this scheme, SBI offers the highest rate of interest to senior citizens and others as compared to FDs of other tenures.

According to the information given on the bank’s website, the Amrit Kalash Deposit Scheme will now be valid till August 15, 2023. Senior citizens can get 7.6 per cent interest under the 400-day Amrit Kalash FD while regular customers can earn 7.1 per cent interest on their deposits.
