SBI WeCare FD2: The country’s largest bank SBI has extended the last date of its special FD scheme.
SBI WeCare FD4We are talking about SBI WeCare FD Scheme, in which investments can now be made till March 31, 2024. This scheme of State Bank, which guarantees guaranteed returns, is also safe from investment point of view, due to which it is very popular.
It is noteworthy that SBI had launched the WeCare Scheme especially for senior citizens. Under this scheme, senior citizens can make term fixed deposits for 5 to 10 years and the interest is also excellent.
The bank gives an annual interest of up to 7.5 percent on investment in SBI WeCare FD. This interest rate is 0.50 percent more than the interest available in normal FD of SBI and its tenure is also less.
Due to safe investment and excellent returns, fixed deposit schemes are becoming very popular among investors. You can also avail the benefit of income tax exemption on investment in FD, for this you can apply under Section 15G or 15H of the IT Act.
