Who can take advantage of this service
According to the information provided on the SBI website, senior citizens above the age of 70 including persons with vision impairment and persons with disabilities or persons with disability (medically certified chronic illness or disability) can avail this service. KYC compliant account holders can also avail this service.

Important things related to SBI’s Doorstep Banking Services
Registration for this is done at the customer’s home branch. A home branch is where your account is opened. Till the complete preparation at the contact center, requests for doorstep banking services can only be made at the home branch.
Cash withdrawal and cash deposit – The limit is Rs 20,000 per transaction per day. The service fee is Rs 60 + GST for every non-financial transaction and Rs 100 + GST for financial transactions.
Cash withdrawal will be allowed only on submission of passbook with check / withdrawal form. The best effort is made by the bank for delivery but the time will not exceed T + 1 working day (except holidays).
Who can not take advantage of this scheme
The bank says that the account holders operating at
the joint cannot take advantage of this scheme by holding non-personal accounts of minor accounts ie minor accounts .
