Bank has given many options
SBI has said in its tweet that due to the upgrade on March 14, SBI customers may face difficulty in using the bank’s UPI platform. However, its options have also been told by the bank. The bank said that customers can use (Yono App), Yono Lite App, Net Banking (SBI Net Banking) or ATM (ATM). According to the information given by the bank, SBI users can use other digital channels of the bank as an option. According to SBI’s tweet, upgrading to UPI will not have any impact on these services.

The bank said that customers can call toll free helpline number 1800111109 or call IVR number 1800-425-3800 / 1800-11-2211 to discontinue the UPI service. .
