SBI has given this information on its official website. Let us tell you, there are 44 crore customers of SBI in the country, who will be affected by this. Let us tell you which services you will not be able to use tomorrow.

These services will not work including YONO app

According to SBI website, all the apps including internet banking application, YONO, YONO Lite, YONO Business Web will be down for one hour tomorrow on 23rd March. Apart from this, no customer will be able to use internet banking during this period. Actually, internet services will not work from 01:10 to 02:10 on March 23 due to scheduled activity. However, for basic services one can avail the services of WhatsApp Banking.

This is how the work will be done

Apart from this, you can call SBI toll free numbers 1800 1234 and 1800 2100 for banking related work and avail services through SBI Contact Centre.

What things will work?

If you need money during this time, you can transact money through UPI. Apart from this, you can also withdraw money from ATM. UPI Lite allows users to make transactions using ‘on-device’ wallet and not through the linked bank account. This means that you will be able to make the payment as soon as possible by just using the wallet without going through the bank. However you will have to add money to the wallet.
