SBI New Card: SBI President Dinesh Kumar Khara said that this card has been introduced with National Vision. This will help in changing the commuting experience.

Digital Fare Payments: Nation First Transit Card: State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public sector bank, has launched ‘Nation First Transit Card’. This card provides a lot of convenience to the customer. With this, you can pay for easy digital ticketing in metro, bus and parking etc. through a single medium. On the launch of the card, SBI said that it is our constant endeavor to make banking and everyday life easier for the customers.

Helping transform the commute experience

Nation First Transit Card works on RuPay and National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) technology. SBI President Dinesh Kumar Khara said that this card has been introduced with National Vision. This will help in changing the commuting experience. We are proud to introduce a card that not only makes life easier for the customers but also contributes to the development of the nation, he added.

These cards have been launched so far

SBI informed that NCMC based ticketing solution is also being implemented in MMRC Metro Line 3 and Agra Metro. It will soon be available to the public. SBI entered the NCMC program in 2019 along with transit operators. Subsequently, SBI launched ‘City1 Card’, ‘Nagpur Metro MHA Card’, ‘Mumbai1 Card’, ‘GoSmart Card’ and ‘Singara Chennai Card’.

Let us tell you that SBI is the largest mortgage lending bank in the country. The home loan portfolio of the bank has grown to over Rs 6.53 lakh crore. By June 2023, the deposit base of the bank is more than Rs 45.31 lakh crore. SBI’s market share in home loans and auto loans is 33.4% and 19.5% respectively.
