Holidays start in government schools
To save from the scorching heat, some schools declared holidays for a few days and some made changes in the school timings, but then the schools were opened and now summer vacation is about to begin in the schools. According to the academic calendar of Delhi Education Directorate, there will be summer vacation in all government and government-aided schools from May 11 to June 30 (Schools Closed in Delhi). However, summer vacation in private schools will be announced on different dates.
When will there be holidays in private schools?
At present, summer holidays have not been declared in private schools of Delhi. According to the information, summer vacation will be announced in all private schools of Delhi by May 21, 2024. Children studying in private schools of Delhi will be given information about summer vacation from the school. Considering the weather, it is being estimated that in some private schools, summer vacations will start from May 17, while in some it will start from May 20.
