School Closed: Big relief news for students! Holiday in schools of many districts till January 6, decision taken due to severe cold

Issuing instructions, the District Basic Education Officer of Ghaziabad said that in view of the increasing cold, there will be a holiday in all the schools from class 1 to 8 in Ghaziabad till January 14, 2024. Apart from this, due to cold wave in Jalaun, the District Magistrate has issued orders to close all government and non-government schools till January 6. It was said that during this period there will be holiday from nursery to class 8.

Holiday in schools of Prayagraj

In Prayagraj too, due to cold, cold wave and fog, orders have been issued to close all the schools in the district till 8th class till January 6. It was said in the order that all government, non-government and recognized schools from classes 1 to 8 will remain closed. Schools of all boards including CBSE board, ICSE board and council boards will remain closed. BSA Praveen Kumar Tiwari said that the order will have to be strictly followed. All schools are closed since 30th December.

Change in school timings in Varanasi
