School closed: Order issued to close these schools till August 13, know the reason

Mainpuri BSA has made preparations to crack down on unrecognized schools running in the streets and localities. BSA Deepika Gupta has directed the block education officers to investigate and take action under a time-bound action plan. All unrecognized schools have been asked to be closed from 22 July to 13 August. If these schools are found open even after this, then it will be the responsibility of the block education officers.

School closed: BSA has given an ultimatum to the block education officers to close all the schools running without recognition by 13th August. Under the time-bound action plan, they have been asked to take action along with investigation. Despite this, action will be taken against the block education officers of the areas where schools and classes are found running.

BSA Deepika Gupta said in a meeting with the block education officers on Friday that from the government level, they are constantly being asked to take action against invalid schools. At the local level, complaints are constantly being received that such invalid schools are running in every street. Many schools are running classes unauthorizedly. Now arbitrariness will not be tolerated.

  • This is the time limit

22nd to 31st July: Invalid schools will have to be marked and the list will have to be submitted to the BSA office.

  • 1st August: Three days will be given to the operators to close the marked schools.
  • 5th August: If the schools are found to be operating despite the first notice, then three days will be given and a second notice will be issued.
  • 8th August: If the schools are not closed despite both notices, then three days will be given again with a warning of filing an FIR.
  • 12th August: The schools will be closed by filing an FIR against the manager and headmaster who ignore the notice.
  • 13th August: The block education officer will give the list of closed schools to the BSA.
