School Holiday 2024: In view of the increasing cold, fog and cold wave, school timings have been changed in most districts of Madhya Pradesh. Winter holidays have also been declared in schools of many states, so that children can get relief.
School Holiday 2024: There is good news for school students. Due to PM Modi’s visit today on 13 December, holiday has been declared in all schools from class one to 8 in Prayagraj. There will be no academic work today, but teachers will have to be present in school.
In view of the increasing cold, the timings of schools in many districts of Madhya Pradesh have also been changed. So far, the timings of schools in Bhopal, Gwalior, Rewa, Sidhi, Shajapur, Mandla, Neemuch and Indore have been changed. In the coming days, the district administration can decide to change the timings of schools in other districts as well.
Winter holidays declared in MP-CG and Punjab
The School Education Department of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Punjab has announced winter holidays for all government and private schools. In Madhya Pradesh, there will be winter holidays in schools from 31 December 2024 to 4 January 2025, but after this there is a Sunday holiday on 5 January, so the operation of schools will start from Monday 6 January.
In Punjab, there will be winter holidays from 24 December 2024 to 31 December 2024. After this, from January 1, 2025, schools will open at their scheduled time as before.
There will be 6 days winter holiday in government schools of Chhattisgarh from 23 December to 28 December. 29 December is Sunday, so the school will remain closed on this day as well. At the same time, winter holidays have been declared in D.Ed and B.Ed colleges from 23 to 28 December, holidays in other colleges will be from 26 to 28 December. Holiday has been declared in Kendriya Vidyalaya of Raipur division from 24 December to 2 January.
