Winter Holidays: Winter holidays announced Winter holidays have been announced in the council and recognized schools of Farrukhabad, run by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. According to the holiday schedule, 15 days winter holiday will be declared. Which will start from the last day of the year. Besides this, Big Day 25th December is also a public holiday. All the schools, colleges, government offices in the district will remain closed on this day. Banks will also observe a public holiday on 25th December. The branches of Life Insurance Corporation of India will remain closed on 21st and 22nd December this week.

In Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, schools run by the Basic Education Council will have winter vacation from 31 December to 14 January. All schools from class 1 to 8 will remain closed. This order will be applicable to all council and recognized schools of the district run by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Council. A public holiday has also been declared on the occasion of Christmas on 25 December.

Details of holidays in bank and LIC branches

In the holiday schedule released by UP Bank Employees Union, December 25 has been declared a public holiday. Apart from this, there will be a holiday on the last Saturday of the month i.e. 28th and Sunday 29th December. Apart from 25th December, Life Insurance Corporation of India branches will remain closed on 21st and 22nd December. Similarly, it will also remain closed on 28th and 29th December. LIC branches have a 5-day working week
