School Holiday extended: Relieving news for school students, summer vacations extended again, order issued, now schools will remain closed for so many days

Chhattisgarh’s Bhupesh Baghel government has extended the holiday till June 25 and UP’s Yogi government has extended it till June 26. Bihar’s Patna District Magistrate has also banned all educational activities till June 24. According to the new order, the schools will remain closed for the next one week.

School Holiday / Summer Vacation 2023: There is relief news for school students. In view of the scorching heat, many states including Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand have extended summer vacations in government schools. Orders have also been issued in this regard.

Holidays extended in UP-Chhattisgarh and Bihar as well

In view of the havoc of the scorching heat, the government of Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh have also extended the summer vacation. Chhattisgarh’s Bhupesh Baghel government has extended the holiday till June 25 and UP’s Yogi government has extended it till June 26. Bihar’s Patna District Magistrate has also banned all educational activities up to class 12 till June 24. As per the new order, the schools will remain closed for the next one week. The order will be effective till June 24. Schools will open in Odisha from June 21 instead of June 19. In a letter issued by the Education Department on the instructions of the state government, it has been said that after careful consideration, the government has now issued instructions to reopen the schools on June 21, 2023, under the School and Mass Education Department.
