School Holidays 2024: Good news for students! Now schools will remain closed for these many days, instructions issued

School Holiday 2024: Students are going to have fun again in November. There will be holidays in the schools of many states on 9 November, second Saturday, Chhath festival on 6 November, Guru Nanak Jayanti on 15 November. Schools will remain closed on 10, 17 and 24 November due to Sunday.

November School Holiday 2024: There is good news for school students. After October, now there are going to be many holidays in the month of November as well. Schools remained closed on 1st and 2nd November due to Govardhan Puja and today on 4th November, all schools will remain closed due to Sunday. After this, on 09th November, the second Saturday, 15th November Guru Nanak Jayanti will also be a holiday in the schools of many states.

On 6th November, there will be a holiday in the schools of many states due to Chhath festival. November 14 is Children’s Day in schools, so on this day most of the schools have colorful programs, some schools have full day fun, some have half day classes, while in some places there is a holiday in schools. Schools will be closed on 10th, 17th and 24th November due to Sunday.

Know when and where schools will remain closed in November

In Uttar Pradesh, all schools will remain closed due to Chhath on November 6, Guru Nanak Jayanti on November 15, Guru Teg Bahadur Jayanti on November 24.

Keeping in mind Chhath Puja in Bihar, the Nitish Kumar government has ordered to keep schools closed from November 6 to November 9.

In Jharkhand, government schools will remain closed on November 6 due to Chhath. In Delhi, a government holiday has been announced on Thursday, November 7.

According to the list of holidays announced by the Punjab government, schools will remain closed due to Guruparv of the first Patshah Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji on November 15, Martyrdom Day of Shaheed Sardar Kartar Singh Sarabha on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday on November 17, so there will be 3 consecutive holidays on November 15, 16 and 17 and schools, colleges and government institutions will remain closed.

All government offices, banks, colleges and schools will remain closed on November 13 due to by-election voting in Sisamau Assembly Constituency 213 in Uttar Pradesh.

Local holiday has been declared in Rajasthan’s Banswara district on November 5 on account of Manshamaata Chauth and in Ajmer district on account of Pushkar fair on November 14.
