Bihar Chutti Calendar 2025: The school calendar for the year 2025 has been released by the Bihar Education Department. It has a complete list of 72 holidays. Summer holidays will be from June 2 to June 21. Diwali and Chhath Puja holidays are from October 20 to October 29. Winter holidays will be from December 25 to December 31. Bihar Holidays List 2025: The holiday calendar for Bihar schools in 2025 has arrived. This calendar will be applicable all over Bihar. This calendar applies to government, government aided, project and upgraded primary, secondary and higher secondary schools, which has been issued by the Education Department. It has 72 holidays in the whole year.
Schools will remain closed in Bihar during holidays but celebrations will be organized in schools on national festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day and Gandhi Jayanti. Some holidays can be called uncertain at the moment, such as Eid-ul-Fitr is on March 31, but it will depend on the sighting of the moon. The dates of Muslim festivals like Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha may change if the moon is sighted. There are Durga Puja holidays from 28 September to 2 October. There are Diwali and Chhath Puja holidays from 20 October to 29 October. Along with holidays, studies are also important.
