In view of the increasing winter in Delhi, the government has decided that all schools up to class five will remain closed for the next five days. That means school holidays have been extended from Monday 8th January to Friday 12th January. This decision has been taken in view of the cold wave. For your information, let us tell you that till now the decision to close the school till Wednesday 10th January was taken, but within an hour it was withdrawn.
Cold wave is underway in Delhi and the India Meteorological Department has issued a ‘yellow alert’ due to dense fog, light rain and drop in temperature for the next few days.
